Outside, you’ll find a furnished patio and deck, a grassy yard perfect for games of cornhole using the provided setup, and access to the water, where you can set off for the day in one of the four provided kayaks. There is also a propane-powered firepit for entertaining gatherings and story-telling time. For sleeping arrangements, younger guests will love the kid-friendly bunk room downstairs with toys and games.This home is located on the public side of Lake Anna. There are local vineyards near the house, and boat and jet ski rentals are available through local vendors for a fee. You will also be within a few short miles of several restaurants. Lake Anna is great for water sports enthusiasts, and the Lake Anna State Park offers more than 15 miles of scenic hiking trails, picnicking areas, guarded lake swimming, and playgrounds!THINGS TO KNOWThis property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Dock details: A covered slip for a boat is available, and there is a neighborhood boat ramp for launching.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
