Immersed in natural splendor, the private coastal barrier island is home to a lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. Seabrook Island is home to a SIC Audubon Sanctuary Golf Course as well as an Audubon International Certified Sustainable Community.There are many beach access points across the island, including one just a few minutes walk from the villa. There is also a beach club with a beachfront restaurant, the Pelican’s Nest. The beach club includes a children’s pool and large heated main pool with a poolside bar and towel service. There is also direct beach access from the club grounds. Access to the beach club requires the purchase of an amenity card for a daily rate.Just a few minutes drive outside the gate are Bohicket Marina, home to various shops and the Salty Dog restuarant, and Freshfields Village with a grocery store, restaurants, and high end shopping. There is a dedicated bike path from the island to Freshfields.Charleston’s historic beauty, incredible restaurants, and plentiful shops are only 30 minutes away by car.There are many local companies that rent bicycles and other beach activity equipment for your enjoyment.
