There is a beautiful view of the lake through the custom french doors.The master bedroom features hardwood floors, a King size bed and exceptional views of the lake. The large guest room has a California-King size bed with views of the large yard with its magnificent Oak tree and lake views south towards Long Point and beyond.There are two modern baths with a tub/shower in the guest bath and an over-sized 4′ x 4′ shower in the master bath.The home features a wrap-around deck overlooking the lake, parking for 3 or more vehicles and a large yard to enjoy.There is a private beach with easy access down a wide path and the beach has a gentle slope into the lake for wading and swimming.Located on a town road the home is very easy to access and is conveniently located just 8 miles south of Geneva and 25 miles north of Watkins Glen in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region.
