Come and visit our sweet cottage located on Maquam Shore Road in Swanton, Vermont across the road from Lake Champlain with direct access.Our cottage provides gorgeous views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Our spot is great for swimming, fishing, or lounging in the sun. We have provided five kayaks to enjoy the lake. It is a great area for walking and biking. Conveniently, there is a free boat launch ramp located approximately 400 feet down the road.Our cottage comfortably sleeps five in three bedrooms. There is one king size bed, one queen and one double bed. Spacious comfortable living room and kitchen, bath with stall shower, and a lovely lakeside porch. There is a gas grill, fire pit and Adirondack chairs, town water (not a well or the lake). Bath towels and bed linens supplied.5 minutes to Swanton (restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, etc).40 minutes to Burlington and the airport (via causeway)1 hour 20 minutes to Montreal1 hour to the mountains
