You will have also the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, Only minutes from downtown.Walking distance of Reagan National airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express.You will be provided with towels, shampoo, and soap (will only be provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, and small shampoo and soap).We do not provide wash cloth.Parties or a high volume of sound that causes annoyance to neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 – May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 – Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.If you lose the keys or the fob of the property, keep in mind that we will charge you $250.
