Nestled in a picturesque cove in the Santa Rosa Mountains, the architecture and landscaping is a feast for the eyes. Meandering paseos lined with palms accented by colorful tile fountains connect the Villas with the pools and clubhouse.5-Star Community:Legacy Villas is a gated community featuring 10,000 sf clubhouse, 12 saltwater pools and many fountains connected by meandering landscaped paseos. The quality of construction and number of amenities is impressive. The Clubhouse area features main pool area, workout facility and a hammock garden. The main pool area includes 2 pools, lap pool and spa lined with colorful Cabanas. The children’s pool or disabled pool features easy access into pool and adjacent fun water features for children like the turtle or palm tree fountains. There is free wireless internet in the clubhouse. The Legacy Grill is open seasonally for a simple meals or an excellent cup of Starbuck’s coffee.Why Our Villa?We chose this Villa for our family vacation home because of the location and floor plan. Located at the end of the Main paseo close to the clubhouse and main pools, the Villa is located on a greenbelt with incredible VIEWS of the Grand Fountain and Desert Mountains. It is an ideal location for families with small children and limited mobility (no stairs and steps to lawn area). Sip your morning coffee or dine on the private patio enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains highlighted by the sight and sounds of the Grand Fountain.It is ideal for a large or small group. There are 2 suites on either end (King suite and Queen suite) and a 3rd bedrm with queen bed and full bath. The suites provide private retreats and the Living Room provides a cozy venue for socializing. The Living Rm, Dining Area and Kitchen open to each other and form a wonderful Great Room that opens out to the patio. The Living Room features a comfy sofa with queen bed and 52′ Sony HD flatscreen TV. The Dining Area seats 6 comfortably and there are 3 additional stools at the Kitchen bar. The spacious Kitchen features granite counters and is fully equipped for your every need. There is wi-fi throughout and a phone land line. There are new cotton linens. We like nice things and make sure the Villa remains in top condition. Or perhaps a morning game of tennis or golf at the nearby courts or courses.
