In the living room you will find two cozy armchairs to sink into and a sizable sofa. A Roku TV above the fireplace enables you to catch up on your favorite shows or sporting events.Located just off the kitchen, the spacious primary suite offers plenty of space, comfort, and mesmerizing views of the ocean. The primary suite offers a plush king-sized bed, a private bathroom, sitting area, smart TV, and access to the ocean front balcony. The closet in this bedroom is not made available to guests of the home, however, luggage racks, a sizable dresser, and handing rack are included to ensure there is ample space available.The guest bedrooms are located on the sound side of the condo and overlook the Intracoastal Waterway. A quaint guest room with two twin beds provides a comfortable and private space for children to unwind after a long day of building sandcastles and chasing seagulls. The lamp in the room includes charging ports for added convenience. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and beautiful coastal themed decor. The nightstands in the room include built in charging ports for ease of use. At the end of the hall there is a bathroom that serves the guest bedrooms and is convenient for visitors.Nestled in the dunes at the northern, secluded tip of the Island, Wrightsville Dunes offers a wide, white sandy beach accessed by private walkways with showers to rinse off before returning from a day in the sand and surf. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
