This Gulf front cottage is nestled on the quaint cul-de-sac of Atwoods Court near the Rosemary Beach® playground and easternmost private beach accesses.The first floor houses the main sleeping quarters including the Master bedroom where you can snuggle up in the comfortable oversized King Bed and watch your favorite movie, take a nice soak in the Jacuzzi tub or lounge on your own private porch tucked away behind the dunes and foliage. The first floor also features a fun bunk room incorporating a queen and twin size bed, large flat screen TV and a private bathroom.An exposed staircase leads you upstairs to wooden vaulted cathedral ceilings and an amazing coastal view enjoyed by the entire living area. Among the amenities include a fully equipped large kitchen with stainless steel appliances & stone counter tops, dining table for eight, game table and a cozy TV area with gas stone fireplace. Bring dinner and guests outside to enjoy your own private balcony with gorgeous gulf views, grill and dining areas. A 2nd floor bathroom is available for guests to use. As an added bonus, a fun 3rd floor with a private bedroom providing additional sleeping for 2 guests with a full-sized bed and their own private bathroom.The carriage house features a comfortable King size bed, flat screen TV and full bath. The loft features 2 twin beds and 2 trundles for a total of 4 twin beds. A bar area seats up to three and separates the main area from the kitchen with full size appliances perfect for creating a fun meal with your favorite local delicacies. Dine inside or move things outdoors to your private balcony. And the best part, this fun bungalow is only steps away from our eastern-most private beach entrance as well as a short stroll to all the other great amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer.The interior architectural charm, variety of spaces both big & small and beautiful view make it a great option for a fun family retreat.DURING SPRING BREAK AND SUMMER THIS PROPERTY RENTS FOR 7 OR 14 NIGHTS FROM SATURDAY-SATURDAY.Carriage House does not have Wi-Fi.
