French doors open to the screened porch. The dining area has a wet bar, and a table that seats 10 comfortably. Additional seating allows for 2 at the breakfast bar, 4 at the game table, and 2 patio dining tables on the screened porch. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and a prep area with sink. All 6 bedrooms are upstairs and all rooms have high vaulted and cathedral ceilings that give a modern feel to the classic beach cottage bedrooms with dormer windows. The master suite is oceanfront and has a view of the ocean. This bedroom has two separate bathrooms. One has a shower, and the other one has a tub. Five more bedrooms are on this floor. Four of the other bedrooms have a private vanity with sink in the bedroom. Two bedrooms on the right side of the hallway have a connecting bathroom, and two bedrooms on the left side have a connecting bathroom. The 6th bedroom has a sitting area with TV and 2 twin beds. This home has a walkway to beach is shared with house next door. There is covered parking underneath the home, an enclosed outdoor shower, and there is an elevator that services all floors.
