Enjoy walking distance to shops, restaurants and great views of Shelter Cove Marina. 3 minutes bike ride to Kroger and Shelter Cove Park. It offers Palmetto Dunes beach and Disney beach access. Villa is located on the second floor accessible by stairs or elevator.The living room and dining areas has brand new 85″ SMART TV, wood floors throughout with the living room providing a slider to the private balcony with lovely view of King Neptune statue and Shelter Cove Marina.The master suite consists of a new king bed, 75″ SMART TV and private balcony. The spacious master bathroom has a double vanity.The guest bedroom consists of two full size beds with 75″ SMART TV. Single vanity and bathtub. Access to the balcony.This vacation rental is pet-friendly between October 1 through March 31 for an additional charge. No pets are permitted between April 1 through September 30. Our pet policy only allows one dog per rental unit with a maximum weight of 30 pounds. Other restrictions may apply.Palmetto dunes offers shuttle from April to Labor Day to residents and guests. The Buggy will bring passengers to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, as well as Shelter Cove Harbor, Shelter Cove Towne Centre, and the Plaza at Shelter Cove.
