The lock box is only a back-up key, not for primary use during your stay!To use the fireplace, look to the bottom right side of the logs in the fireplace. Turn the switch to “on” to start the fire and back to “off” when your done to turn it off.Heating/AC- please use the (mini split in the living room-upper right corner by the fireplace) using the remote provided to regulate heat and air conditioning for your comfort. Please use this instead of thermostat!In case of emergency, please call 911 immediately.Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are available under the kitchen sink.Please clean up any outdoor trash and food immediately to prevent any critters from enjoying the leftovers.Please leave full trash bags in the large outdoor rolling trash can found behind the house. Trash pick-up is Wednesday morning.During the summer months, there are bugs outside. Please try to keep doors closed as much as possible and have some patience with bugs that we can’t completely control sneaking into the house.There is a fire pit for your use out back. Please be safe and smart when using it and completely put out the fire before leaving the area! There is a hose outback you can use. There is a lighter and fire starters in the kitchen cabinet.For the charcoal grill, please bring charcoal as there may or may not be some left for your stay.Please help us keep the house clean by taking off your shoes and leaving them outside! Our cleaners thank you :)Laundry is available for your use in the basement and is accessed using the door in the dining room. Please leave washer door open after use to allow it to dry out.
