Just a few short steps from the back door of Shenandoah Manor, you will find the George Washington National Forest, which offers opportunities for nature walks, hiking, and enjoying the peacefulness of nature. Recently built, no expense was spared in building a getaway that your family, friends, or group will talk about for years. This lodge is just a few miles from downtown Luray, the mighty Shenandoah River, and the National Park.Located at almost 2000 feet in mountain elevation, Shenandoah Manor offers fantastic views of Shenandoah National Park and surrounding George Washington National Forest- along with beautiful four-season views of the Shenandoah River.Two king, three queen, and 4 twin beds will comfortably sleep 14. The kitchen offers modern cooking, double ovens, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and everything you need for a great meal. If you’d rather cook outside, we’ve got you covered with a gas grill.Challenge each other to a game of horseshoes or cornhole (cornhole is available during the summer months)! Go fishing in the pond! Sit around the fire pit, relaxing and toasting marshmallows.New Feature! A playground for the kids has just been added- they can swing and slide to their hearts’ content!On rainy days, there is still plenty to do inside. With a game room featuring a pool table and foosball table, you’ll be having fun for hours! Free, fast Wifi internet and Dish TV with hundreds of channels will keep you connected. There is a landline phone with free local and long-distance calls. There are board games to rummage through.
