Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see “Important Information” for more details) and outdoor shower. Top-notch stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, well-quipped kitchen perfect for the gourmet cook, themed bedrooms, large children’s game and TV area with DVD player, large master suite. The large custom kitchen is perfect for family entertaining. Each bedroom has it own private bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV with cable. The second floor den has large flat screen TV. The master suite and the kitchen have their own private gazebo’s overlooking the ocean. The front of the house is full of windows with two large walk-out decks to enjoy the beautiful ocean air. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This allows you to bring up to two pets. Homeowner approval is required. Any pet left unattended must be crated and cannot be left outside. No pets are allowed in the pool, on the furniture or beds. You will charge an additional pet fee if these rules are not followed. Please email us a copy of your pets most updated vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the property without approval an additional fee will be applied to your stay.*Please note, NO pets allowed under 1 year old*CANCELLATION POLICYYou may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date.
