Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided by an independent vendor. Beds will be made when you arrive!Take in the breathtaking ocean views, enjoy magnificent sunrises, and soak in all the sights and sounds of ocean living while sipping your morning coffee on your spacious, 24′ x 6′ balcony. An in-suite washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen SMART TVs, and beautiful deck furniture round out the features that will make this condo a stylish, inviting and comfortable home away from home.Other property features include: cable, WiFi, direct beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season) and children’s playground area. Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building. Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-serve basis.There is a two-dog maximum, we can not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit. Shore Havin’ Fun! is centrally located to many great local attractions including the beautiful Jennette’s Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey’s Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet.
