This corner villa has all of the bells and whistles you would want while on vacation. It is tech savvy – some of its features include a flat screen a Smart TV, Sonos speakers throughout, an Xbox gaming system, Amazon Echos, and more! The layout is open and airy. The large kitchen, dining, and living room are surrounded by floor to ceiling windows which create a bright and inviting space. This villa has three bedrooms (each with separate balconies) with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional half bath upon entering. Private washer and dryer, top of the line appliances, and private balcony with ocean views are the icing on the cake! **THIS PROPERTY INCLUDES A CREDIT TOWARDS BEACH GEAR W/ A STAY OF 4-14 NIGHTS****The Regime of Ocean Club Villas has informed us there will be roof work occurring to the exterior of the building from September 2023 until May 2024. The work is not expected to create much noise or disturbance.Please also note the city’s noise ordinance for the times of day construction work is permitted:”The City’s Noise Ordinance limits the operation of piledrivers, steam shovels, pneumatic hammers, derricks, steam or electric hoists or any other equipment that creates loud or disturbing noises between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. No construction work will be allowed on Sundays and legal holidays. These regulations do not limit a property owner’s ability to perform maintenance and repairs on their own property at any time.”
