Parties of up to 4 people will have use of two master bedroom suites located in the main part of the house and parties of 5 to 8 will have additional access to a lower-level third bedroom, bath, and family room.FIRST FLOOR: Enjoy breakfast in the cozy kitchen nook, or at the island bar, both offering seating for three. The well-stocked Kitchen features granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances and a wine cooler. Laundry facilities are sleekly located in the kitchen as well as a discrete folding ironing board accessible in a kitchen drawer. With cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows showcasing the shore, the home’s Great Room boasts a comfortable seating area with a stone fireplace and a Dining Area with a large table for up to 8 people. Also on the main level is a Master Suite with Queen bed that enjoys access to a covered deck with a private entrance and Bathroom with shower only. A tidy Office completes the first floor.SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs is a second Master Suite with King bed and private balcony. Here one also finds a cozy Sitting Area designed for great airflow with cross ventilation, a Full Bathroom with a separate shower and deep-soaking bathtub and a flat screen television.LOWER LEVEL (Separate space available for an additional fee): A finished basement offers a 12′ x 24′ Family Room with flat-screen TV as well as a third Bedroom with two Double beds and a full Bathroom with a combined tub and shower and double vanity. You may rent this space, but it is NOT included in the rental.
