It’s a one block walk to Charlie Young Beach (as a reference, it’s the north end of Kama’ole Beach I), one of the finest swimming beaches on Maui!The complex is minutes away from the resorts and shops of Wailea as well as championship golf and world class restaurants. It’s also walking distance from charming local Kihei cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries.The condo is on the second floor of the two story complex, accessible by stairs but not elevator. The unit was remodeled including the kitchen with stainless appliances, hardwood bamboo floors in the living room/dining area and bathrooms, Samsung “Smart” 32″ flat screens in each bedroom, all with DVD/BluRay players attached and free Netflix; and a new 65″ 4k UHD LG Smart TV in the living room.In the kitchen–KEURIG 2.0 PLUS SERIES single serve coffee maker.
