Description
Gorgeous freshly remodeled studio suite at the very popular Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach. This condo has everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, large bath, king bed, queen sleeper sofa & a large balcony which overlooks the resort lagoon style pool & the Gulf of Mexico. It sleeps 4 comfortably so it’s perfect for a couples getaway or a family with small children. We have a fitness center, a heated indoor pool and a hot tub.We are in walking distance of Walmart where you can do grocery pickup or delivery. We are located next door to the World Famous Pineapple Willy’s Restaurant and Bar where you can have delicious meals, drinks or grab a snack while soaking up the sun on the beach all day. You can enjoy delicious tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burritos and of course the best margarita around at Juan Taco located across the street at Laketown Wharf Resort. You can also enjoy live music and eat at Lorri Morgan’s Spicy Hot Chicken Coop Restaurant. Also, located in the Laketown Wharf Resort is The Wharf Restaurant with a seasonal buffet eatery serving steak & seafood in a contemporary space with an aquarium.We are located in the middle of the beach on S Thomas DR which makes us about 8 miles to Pier Park on the west side and less than 5 miles to St. Andrew’s state park on the east side. At Pier Park you can enjoy great restaurants, lots of shopping and fishing on the pier. St. Andrew’s state park is a beautiful state park where you can camp, fish, take a shuttle to Shell Island, hike or just take a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery.Condo 1306 is located on the 13th floor at Shores of Panama. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. $75 Registration fee on-site.
