We have a master bedroom with king bed, luxurious linens, and en suite bathroom. The bunkroom has a sliding door for privacy with twin/full bunks and brand new premium beds and bedding and full bath. The Queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows this beauty to sleep 6! Brand new comfortable patio lounge furniture!Guest accessCondo 1427 is located on the 14th floor.$85 registration fee on-site for 1 parking permit and 6 property wristbands. (No more than 1 parking permit is allowed)*This condo is self-check-in but you will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet.The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.Other things to noteFull Resort Amenities Include:* Gorgeous lagoon style, 13,966 sq. ft. gulf-side pool with fountains* Large pool deck and recreational features.* Gulf-side hot tub* Large heated indoor pool & hot tub* Covered on-site parking deck* Private beach access* Two tiki bars serving lunch and dinner* Beach activities and rental services* Free high-speed internet access(*activities are seasonal.)Important things to know*Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.**Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file – no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
