This unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom, with a second room hosting twin bunks. The common area also hosts a full-size sleeper sofa. This unit includes a parking space on the same level of the building allowing you to enter the property without using the building elevators!Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy’s, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson’s, Neon’s, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey’s Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.Guest must register and pay for one parking pass and 6 resort bands upon arrival to the complex. 2023 cost is $85 for the stay with this South Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo.DISCLAIMER – GUESTS MUST PAY AND REGISTER FOR PARKING AFTER BOOKING.
