Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.Shores of Panama 325 is a 1 bedroom + bunk area, 2 bath condo located on the 3rd floor. The condo has recently been completely upgraded, including beautiful vinyl plank flooring. There is absolutely no wear and tear in this condo. The 3rd floor is high enough for a great view but not so high you spend all your time waiting on elevators. There are stairs nearby for those who prefer to get a little exercise instead of waiting on the elevator. The Shores of Panama is unmatched in its amenities.All rooms are professionally decorated in a bright color scheme. No expense was spared in furnishing this beautiful unit. Upon entering the condo, you’ll notice the brightly colored walls and beautiful vinyl plank flooring. As you make your way to the living room, you will be amazed by the view. This condo has a sunset view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area. Make your way out to the balcony and find the comfortable seating that welcomes you to enjoy the peaceful Gulf of Mexico.Back in the condo you’ll find plenty of seating for everyone in your group. There is a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. Take a break here and plan your day, or relax and laugh at the memories created at the end of the day. We have included HDTV in the event you become tired at the beach.The dining area has bar seating for 3 as well as a table with seating for 4. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal with our local fresh ingredients, we recommend the seafood.Just passed the kitchen you’ll find the laundry closet with a large washer/dryer for your convenience.Next is the bunk bedroom which has a twin/twin bunk bed with private bathroom featuring a shower.The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size memory foam bed with closet and dresser. You’ll find a large TV for your enjoyment at the end of a long day on the beach. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo.Shores of Panama is in the heart of Panama City Beach with a Wal-Mart across the street and great shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away.
