This stylish home is located on the beachside of Lakeshore Road in desirable Union Pier.The interior environment cleverly mixes the use of original artwork, artifacts, and antiques in a playful way that captures the essence of coastal living. French doors lead from the kitchen to a side patio that is adjacent to the beach path. Fenced for privacy, you can enjoy outdoor dining while listening to the waves crashing onto the shore.Dining furniture sits under the pergola-covered deck and is an inviting spot to spend the late afternoon relaxing with a good book and a beverage or outdoor dining. Seating is nestled by the firepit for late evening star gazing. This is a cottage that you’ll be thrilled that you chose for sharing with your loved ones.: Reservations are not secured until a 50% rental deposit and a signed contract are received. The balance is due 60 days before the scheduled arrival along with a security deposit and housekeeping fee. There is a 3-night minimum for holiday and Special Event Weekends, at the weekend rate.Payment in full is required with bookings made less than 30 days in advance. Summer rentals are booked as a 8-day/7 night package only. All rentals begin on Saturday vening and end the following Saturday Morning..Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am on Saturdays for weekly rentals. Cancellation fees may apply.Note, weekly rental cleaning rate is $275.00.
