Description
Keyless entry and professionally cleaned and disinfected before every check in. Elevated first floor villa has a large patio with dining accomodations for 6. Walk down a few steps to the grassy lawn and on to the ocean on the private walkway. Being an end villa gives you many more windows and privacy. The great room and dining area both have a wall of windows .The great room and dining area open to the patio and have views of the ocean. The kitchen is open to the dining area and is fully equipped. It has a breakfast bar and granite countertops. The laundry area is off the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed and a view of the ocean. All three bedrooms have a full size bathroom. All of the furniture is new and so are the mattresses and TV’s . There is a tv in every room. The 2nd bedroom has a new queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top in addition to a separate twin bed. All mattresses are NEW! Bedrooms have new carpet and villa has just been painted, no popcorn on the ceilings! and all new furniture.Shorewood is a gated community and is within walking and biking distance of all of the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza . The community pool is heated from March 1 to April 30 and October 1 to November 30 and the spa is heated year round. Maximum (2) Car Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property. We recommend you purchase trip insurance.
