We are offering a newly-renovated apartment for short term rental. The apartment is $150 per night for two adults (after two adults, each person over 21 is $60 per person, per night). Kids under 21 are free. The space is 1100 square feet with two bedrooms, plus two living areas, a full bathroom, kitchenette (with the basics) and laundry with washer/dryer. The apartment is fully furnished. It also has on street parking, a separate private entrance, and shared access to a hot-tub. The two bedrooms sleep SEVEN people (one bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has three twins, and a queen). There are two living areas with Roku TV’s, good cell phone service and fast internet. Check in available 3pm and check out by 11am. The apartment is a minimum two-night stay. This apartment will not be available for VT game weekends and graduations (we rent the whole house during these times).
