Our rental apartment, fondly called Capt Smith, is on the first floor of a beautifully restored Victorian home, within short walking distance to the heart Camden, with its restaurants, shops, opera house, library, beach and all that picturesque Camden Harbor has to offer. You’ll love the convenience of single-level living, the property’s location to town, as well as the homely, comfortable, clean accommodation with all you need. If you’re looking for additional space, Capt Moore (a fully furnished and equipped two-bed apartment) is also available, and is connected to Capt Smith via the laundry room.There are three bedrooms all with queen size beds. One bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom which has a shower stall. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen and spacious living room that leads out to a gracious front porch with tables, chairs and gas grill. There is a shared laundry room and basic laundry supplies are provided. This apartment is available on a minimum 6-night weekly rental (from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months).Keywords: Close to town, year-round weekly and monthly rental.
