This property really has all you would be looking for in a Cape Cod vacation home. It has an amazing Gazebo to relax in on hot summer nights, and outdoor patio with gas grille and outdoor furniture, a relaxing pergola area, a short walk to the beach 3/10 of a mile, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, all brand new appliances, new kitchen, tile, painted, beautiful grounds, walk to the Skipper one of my favorite restaurants on Cape Cod. A short ride to downtown Hyannis, and the Ferries to the Vineyard, and much more. Friday to Friday, check in and check out during the summer months June to Sept. Gives you the full weekend stay when you arrive. 7 day min rental during peak summer months. Book any days or length of stay (3 day min) on off peak season May, after Sept14, Oct.. There is a $150 per pet per week fee if you have a pet. One security camera on the parking area only for safety. Come see why we love this area.
