This gives you additional peace of mind should you encounter any problems or need advice whilst staying in our holiday home. Jomarie, our property manager is based on the island and will ensure that your holiday runs smoothly for you.Air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans, smoke alarms and sprinklers.On the first floor there is a large living/dining area with outdoor veranda for wining and dining with views of the Grassy Pointe nature reserve. Lots of windows with lots of light and lots of views. Surrounded by nature you will experience the serenity, beauty and birdlife of the Grassy Point nature reserve. Don’t forget your binoculars! The living area has a large 40 inch flat screen TV with integral DVD. Sofa and armchairs.Connected to the living area is the kitchen with large American style fridge, microwave and dishwasher and fully equipped with everything you could need for self catering!On the same floor is a twin room with 2 single beds. Bright linen, pillows and bed covers. This bedroom has its own veranda overlooking the nature reserve and swimming pool.Upstairs is the beautiful master suite. It is a large room with a screen door that you can open to enjoy the inter coastal breezes and the birds! Ensuite bathroom and large ‘walk – in’ wardrobe. 40″ flat screen TV. Bright linen, pillows and bedcovers on the bed. Along the landing is the washing machine and dryer. Finally you reach the double bedroom also with a veranda overlooking the nature reserve and swimming pool. There is a 32″ flat screen TV in this room.The heated swimming pool is a secure (locked) pool for residents and guests only. There are tables and chairs and a changing room by the poolside. Large secure garage with beach toys and useful equipment for your days on the beach including a beach trolley and cool box on wheels, for those fun days on the beach. This means it is very easy to transport all your beach stuff down to the beach! You can also walk to the beach via the Publix supermarket for picnic supplies and everything else you might need!Steps away is the free trolley bus stop which is truly brilliant. It is a free and friendly service that takes you to all the beautiful beaches and places of interest on the island. The trolley bus also allows you to transport your bikes for free!As you enter Sandy Pointe you will cross a little wooden bridge. From here you can fish and possibly you will see the odd canoe and kayak as they make their way through the bayou!
