We are only a 7-10 minute walking to the Disney parking lot with a FREE TRAM Shuttle that takes you to the Disney main gate.Too many places say they are “walking distance”, but that is only the case if you want to walk miles to get to the front gates, which is not realistic. We are literally across and down Walnut Street to get to Magic Way – a 7 to 10 minute walk that even 6 year olds can do.Our Spanish Style Compound has 3,106 square foot 2 story home on over 1/4th acre has 7 bedrooms and 5 full baths which is perfect for large groups to give you the amenities, space and privacy you need for a great vacation or business trip. There is wi-fi throughout the home. We recently installed a new Halo Water Filtration System in front of the home, and services the entire property. No need to go buy bottled water when staying here!You can enjoy your private pool & patio, 3 court yard areas, and 2 laundry rooms – 1 on each floor. There are 3 brand new washers and dryers on the main floor and an additional washer and dryer upstairs, so that you have easy access to the laundry on both floors. With a total of 4 washers and dryers, everyone can get your laundry done at the same time – no endless waiting for your turn to wash your clothes. And yes, free laundry soap and fabric softener is included.As an added feature, all paper products needed for your stay are included with your rental. While most others only provide the bare minimum, we provide as much as needed for your stay.We also provide liquid hand soap, dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, body soap bars, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and flat iron.At our home, you will enjoy luxury pillow top mattresses that are super comfortable, which are needed for a good night’s sleep when you have full days planned.There are 5 full bathrooms, all with walk-in showers, so that there is no need to wait for your turn for a shower. We have 3 on-demand tankless water heaters, so that you will never run out of hot water, whether you are the first or 17th person in line. All the bathrooms have motion sensor lights – no fumbling to find the light in the middle of the night.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook for a large group. The refrigerator includes an ice maker. There is a filtered water system (this is really needed in Anaheim), a rice maker, a steamer, coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster, and the list goes on. Looking for slow cooker? We have 3 of them for your use. Get an urge to make muffins? Muffin tins are provided. Want to heat pizzas? We have pizza trays.In addition, we have freezer bags, sandwich bags, aluminum foil, wax paper and saran wrap ready for your use. You have a wide selection of spices in you want to spice things up.There is a LARGE living room (500 square feet) to let your party spread out. The living is big enough that it has been divided into 2 living areas – one that overlooks your gas fireplace and TV, and a second one that overlooks the pool and patio with its separate flat screen TV for your use. There is a selection of board games and books if you want some quality time together.For younger families, offer at no charge 2 pack and plays, 1 traditional crib with new coil spring mattress, 3 large strollers with shade umbrellas, 5 fold up strollers, and 3 baby high chairs.Your private pool and patio has lots of lounge chairs with new cushions and patio chairs and tables to enjoy the California weather. There is a variety of pool toys and even lifejackets to maximize your pool enjoyment.The house boasts 7 bedrooms with a total of 11 beds – 3 queen, 3 double and 5 single beds. There is air conditioning units throughout the house, including a unit in every bedroom.The patio has a huge BBQ to meet your hamburger, hot dog and steak grilling needs.We also have an optional HOT TUB that is completely sanitized and filled with fresh water just prior to your arrival, which is great to soak away your aches after being on your feet in Disney on in a trade show in the Anaheim Convention Centre all day.The Property Manager is available to answer questions and respond to any concerns that might arise. If you have any issues, you may text him 24 hours a day to address them.
