This rental is part of our beautiful home and a short walk to Garden of the Gods trailheads. It has a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling with 2 skylights, ceiling fan and spacious master bath. There is a loft area with a converta sofa. The bedroom has a nice roll top desk, set up for your laptop with a wireless keyboard and mouse.. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a large HDTV. Hi speed wireless internet. There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, counter top freezer, microwave, and convection counter top oven. Counter top hotplate for cooking. From the kitchenette you walk out to a semi-private patio shared with the owners, with a hot tub to enjoy. Around back there is a lovely back yard that is completely fenced in, and has a nice fire pit, and big concrete patio in addition to planted beds surrounding the grass and next to the patio..Please note that the soaking tub in the bathroom has very low water pressure. Takes awhile to fill. The hot tub in the courtyard is great for soaking. ( Permit # A-STRP-24-0631)
