The property is located on the ground floor of duplex allowing easy access with no stairs. The owners turned this classic Folly cottage into a quaint rental destination.The open floor plan includes flat-screen TV, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen has updated appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with the necessities to cook and serve family meals.The bedrooms all have new bedding and high-end linens. Two of the bedrooms encompass a queen bed while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed setup. The shared bathroom has just been remodeled and has a lovely tile walk-in shower.
