Idyllic beach home only seconds walk to the beach – ONE SHORT BLOCK! Our modern condo boasts 4 separate bedrooms and 3 spacious full bathrooms complete with jacuzzi tubs! We provide a few basics and for everything else you may need, you can walk to the Acme, wawa, or a bike rental shop 2 blocks away! The unit comes complete with an outdoor shower, two parking spots, and a covered large deck!HIGHLIGHT: Second floor unit with ELEVATOR and lower level bedroom – no steps!DESIGNATED PARKING AREA for two cars and shared OUTDOOR SHOWER.With a large covered deck, dining, and living space, you will feel right at home! There is an elevator or stairs to get to the second floor entrance of the condo. From there, anyone with issues doing steps will feel right at home, because there is one bedroom (queen sized bed) and a full bathroom on the same floor as the kitchen, dining room, living room, and patio.Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, one with a queen bed and huge ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. The other two bedrooms have another queen sized bed and three twins (single and a bunk bed) and share another very large bathroom with jacuzzi and shower.IMPORTANT NOTE: during summer months, rentals will only be Saturday to Saturday (2pm check in, 10am check out). Feel free to send an inquiry as we may consider shorter/different stays depending on if our family will use the house the remainder of the week.We provide 10 beach tags ($30 fee for a lost tag), a beach umbrella, multiple beach chairs, and there are typically a bunch of beach toys as well as a beach cart. Bring your own linens (three queens, three twins).We do have a tension baby gate and a pack n play available upon request.
