There is a microwave a drip coffee maker and in the dining area, there is a table and 6 chairs.Just off the kitchen is a small back patio with outside furniture and fenced yard but we do NOT allow pets to stay.The living room is quite large with a 55″ smart Tv, coffee table, and cloth couch and loveseat. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well.All of the bedrooms are upstairs and they include an Ikea Queen-size Malm bed frame and mattress, a nightstand with a lamp, and clothing storage in the closet. There is central heat and air conditioning in the home along with ceiling fans. There is one bedroom that includes its own private full bathroom and the other two rooms share the second.There is a parking lot in front that is shared with the neighbors but you have two spots and plenty of street parking.I am available by phone and have a local cleaning service if anything is needed.This is in a residential neighborhood just half a mile from the interstate and downtown.This is an end unit in a fourplex so there are neighbors on one side and possible noiseAll of the bedrooms are on the second floor, there is no elevator
