Oakland Cemetery features lavish 19th-century memorials and the grave of “Gone With the Wind” author Margaret Mitchell.Getting Around:King Memorial is on the Blue and Green Line. This station has MARTA bus service and ‘Kiss & Ride’ parking. The elevated platform overlooks Atlanta’s historic Oakland Cemetery on the south side of the station. The neighborhood is filled with converted factories and public housing that are now trendy lofts and townhouses.
