This is an original motel style apartment building.Built in the 1950’s as a truck stop diner and motel.Based on availability you can rent one apartment or all six.Each apartment has one bedroom, one full size bathroom, with an open concept living room and kitchen.Since my purchase of the property in 2017 I have done extensive renovations to the building and improvements to the grounds.This unit is furnished with a queen size bed, night stands, full size couch, arm chair, dresser, full size refrigerator, apartment size stove, bistro table and chairs, coffee, maker, toaster, and kitchen ware.Close to beaches, wineries, restaurant, and breweries.Free wi-fi and basic cable tv.Guest are greeted upon arrival.There is a two night minimum.Maximum of two adults per apartment.
