This spacious property features all normal amenities as well as extras such as a garage and a full size washer and dryer.The location of the Siboney is convenient to shopping, restaurants, the Manatee County Public Beach and the trolley stop. A car may not even be required!The master bath has been totally renovated and now includes a wonderful and unique free standing bathtub.The Siboney has a 42 inch television in the living room. All three bedrooms have televisions. There is even a computer printer for your use.Last but not least is the extremely large roof top deck with panoramic and sweeping views from Gulf of Mexico to the Sarasota skyline. What a relaxing place to enjoy the sunsets of Holmes Beach!The Siboney sleeps six comfortably with a king size bed in the main upstairs bedroom, a queen size bed in the second upstairs bedroom, a queen size bed in the lower level bedroom.One small pet less than 25 pounds is permitted with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.It is a one week minimum rental.Parking is limited to three vehicles.You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
