This 1940’s Vacation Home, less than 200 feet from Siesta Beach, was recently upgraded in 2015 with all the modern conveniences, including a beautiful private pool with sun-shelf and barbeque for your entertainment and relaxing pleasure. There is a formal dining area and plenty of relaxing space, including a in-door bar area over looking the pool. This house has multiple driveways and is capable of handling a small RV and/or motorcycle trailer, etc. … Paddleboard rental is optional and some beach supplies are included. Cable and WIFI included. Blender, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. are also basic features.
