There is also partial access to an elevator that is used primarily for the cool store downstairs but can be accessed if absolutely necessary. Amazing people watching from the very private and cool balconyOther things to noteRental age restrictions:-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.-Parking: There is only one space for parking.- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.- Towels may not be hung over the balcony railing at any time.-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.Please remember that you’re staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.
