That being said the location also provides the opportunity to quickly walk back to the house to get in the shade from the sun or just to even restock the cooler. In addition to the variety of bars, restaurants, nightlife with live music, and shopping/sports center access, this gives the perfect opportunity for a beautiful venue for weddings as this is only 100 feet away from the beach.This type of rental is a unique opportunity because there is really no need for a car since EVERYTHING IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE!
