Get the best of both locations with this beach side property called Beach Road. Located across the street with direct access to Siesta Key beach and just a few blocks from Siesta Key Village which offers a myriad of dining, shopping, and nightlife options.Enter through the front door and step into the open living and dining area. The living room is furnished with lounge seating for 4 and 55″ SMART TV. The dining area is furnished with dining set with seating for 4. Additional guests can enjoy a queen-size Murphy bed with a Casper mattress in the front section of the living room. The galley style kitchen at Beach Road offers ample storage and is equipped with a 4-piece stainless steal appliance package. Up front you have the beach side suite furnished with queen-size bedroom set and has access to an ensuite bathroom featuring a stall shower. In the rear you have the master suite furnished with a queen-size bedroom set and access to its own ensuite bath featuring a stall shower and his/hers sinks. There is a Pack ‘n Play available. Washer/Dryer is shared among 2 other studio units and is located in a breezeway behind the home and is free to use.MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 week minimum Saturday to Saturday reservation required during high season and summer unless booking 30 days or less in advance. Other months require 5 night minimum unless booking 30-days or less in advance 3 night minimum may be accepted.
