This Bayside Suite has been revamped with all new paint, blinds, furnishings, stainless steel appliances, dining room set, and new bedding sets! With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this unit can comfortably sleep 6 guests. The master contains a king size bed and a full bath, while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 full beds and its own full bath. The full kitchen boasts granite counter tops and an open concept for views of the living and seating areas.Our condo, #310 is located on the second floor of Siesta’s well known resort, The Palm Bay Club. The unit is only a short 4-5 minute walk to our private beach, located directly across the road. A stopping crosswalk is directly in front of The Palm Bay Club. The beach itself is a private, deeded beach only available for guests of The Palm Bay Club. There are plenty of lounge chairs for guests use upon their arrival, so no need to worry about a place to kick back and relax once you reach the beach! We also supply 2 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a beach wagon.During your stay, you can enjoy all of the amenities that The Palm Bay Club has to offer. The resort offers a pool beach side, as well as a pool and custom hot tub overlooking the bay! If you’re looking to get active on your stay, the resort offers a fitness center and tennis courts for guest use. Siesta Key Village, a must visit when in the area, is only 2 miles away!Siesta Key Village is home to multiple delicious restaurants, unique shops and energetic nightlife! There is no shortage of warm sunshine, cool sand and breathtaking views at The Palm Bay Club!Fresh towels & linens are provide at the beginning of the rental. Landry & cleaning services are not provided during your stay. New washers and dryers (2019) are located on 1st & 3rd floor near elevator in our building. Laundry cards are available for purchase at the office.Rental guests are limited to a maximum of one automobile per unit. Additional guests may park in front of the administration building.
