Our beautifully…totally renovated…and continuously upgraded condo…is located right in the center of Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. Siesta Key Beach has been repeatedly named as the #1 beach in all of America…and is notably one of the best beaches in the world. Our resort…Siesta Dunes…is a beautiful tropical resort that is…without a doubt…one of the best resorts on Siesta Key Beach.Our condo home is meticulously maintained to provide everything that you may need to have a carefree wonderful vacation…right down to a fully equipped kitchen…hair dryer…beach towels…and so on. We provide our own secured wireless internet and free long distance phone service for our guest. We also have a new full size washer and dryer right in our home…where in many of the other units you must walk down a hall and use “coin operated” machines…not very nice when you are on vacation with wet towels and wet swim suits. We have a screened and glassed lanai off of the living room and an open patio off of the master bedroom. We have a king size bed in the master bedroom and twins in the second bedroom. For more than four guest we have a sleeper sofa on the lanai and the lanai can provide its own privacy as it has both inner and outer vertical blinds that can be closed.We are located in building #8 – ground floor, in what they call “The Gardens”. The gardens are the best of both worlds because they rent for a lot less than the units out front…but you are still right in the center of one of the best beaches in the world…and in one of the best resorts on”Siesta Key Beach”. Also…if the pool area would get a little too busy for you…when you walk back to the gardens you have a feeling of having so much more “privacy”. It s only 200 steps to the pool hot/tub area…and another 200 steps puts you down at the large “Sun Deck” at the beach.We are honorable people…we have been renting our beautiful condo home…and pleasing our renters (friends) for well over 20 years. We have a very good reputation with the staff and management at our resort…and you have nothing to worry about.We have been building a list of good repeat renters (friends) who have been returning each year. We are happy to have new guest who will recognize that it is our “home”…and who will help take good care of it.Pursuant to VRBO policy we now reserve a reservation with 25% of the rent, plus their fee and taxes. We then like to receive the remaining rent in full 30 days before your arrival…where-in…we send you back an “informational letter” which will give you directions, entrance codes, and all of the information that you would need. There is a refundable damage deposit of $400.00 included in the final payment.If you have further questions please just let us know.
