Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.-Parking: There is only one TIGHT space for parking. Vans, Large SUVs, Pick-up trucks or any other large vehicle will NOT fit and are not approved.- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please discard in the trash.-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.Please remember that you’re staying in an apartment, not a hotel.
