Nestled in the historical Cocoanut district, not only are you within a mile of downtown Sarasota, but central to the airport, nightlife, awesome food experiences, beaches, museum and more! Hop on the free Bay Runner Trolly in downtown (7 days a week 8am-midnight) and ride to St. Armands and Lido Key beaches! You can also rent electric scooters and bikes to get around.Little Coconut is one of 6 units that share a peaceful and serene courtyard. Perfect for working from, enjoying an outdoor meal, sitting around the fire pit, lounging in the sun or mingling with other guests.Little Coconut is equipped with a kitchenette perfect to prepare light meals in. It has a microwave, 2 burner induction plates. It does not have a stove or oven. Guests have access to a shared laundry room with 2 sets of washer and dryers. We provide a starter kit of supplies; to include 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, and 2 dryer sheets. For long term stays, you would purchase your preference of supplies needed.Also provided are 2 sets of towels per person with an extra set in each bedroom closet along with an extra set of bed linens.Additional towels or linens are available upon request for a fee. Beach items can also be provided upon request with refundable deposit. Please advise of items needed at the time of booking to ensure the items are placed in your unit prior to your arrival.Cots are available for a small fee please request at booking depending on availability.Mthly and LT stay discounts up to 15-40% depending on season.For our guests that stay a month or more we ask for a two week check in and a light cleaning at a discounted rate or a mutually agreed cleaning service.$300 pet deposit is required at time of booking and is refunded if no damages.If guests do not pick up dog waste, there will be a fee of $50 that will be applied each time. We require pets to be crated when you are not at your unit. If a crate is needed, please advise and we will provide one in the unit.We require valid govt id for each guest at booking.The outside premises have 24-hour protection cameras.Please note that City ordinance prohibits parking of any truck, trailer, tractor trailer, trailer body, mobile home, house trailer, camper trailer, bus or any similar vehicle or equipment on any street within any residential zone between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily.
