Our wonderful vacation retreat at Silver Sands Racquet Club is available for monthly rental throughout the year.Silver Sands is conveniently located at the corner of Country Club Drive and Portola Avenue. Silver Sands is a guard-gated community of friendly owners with 256 individual one story villas built in 1983 with 15 shared heated swimming pools and 15 shared spas.Each unit is very private. 23 Ensenada is an end unit located in a quiet area of the complex. The homes at Silver Sands are Spanish style one story villas with private courtyards and 2 car garages. We have fantastic scenic views of the Santa Rosa mountains and Mt. San Jacinto. The tennis complex has 8 courts, a clubhouse, and a tennis pro on site from October through May. There is no cost to tenants to play tennis. Courts have lighting for night play. Lessons are available for a fee.Our home has a wraparound private, south facing patio with BBQ with enough space for entertaining. There are two bedrooms each with a king bed and two bathrooms.Our vacation home is fully equipped. We have four tennis racquets and two adult bicycles for use during your stay.Close to wonderful restaurants, public golf courses and incredible shopping.
