Furnished beach cottage with yard/ocean-views. It is two houses away from our Tuttles Point Private Association Beach on Long Island Sound. Features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with an yard and ocean view, large deck with picnic table and grill, kitchen including dishwasher, brand new washer/dryer. You can see Chaffinch Island from my yard. Easy access via Shoreline East from NYC.Simply beautiful beach cottage has a large yard for kids to safely run around and play baseball, with private deck and water views from the living room, deck and front yard.
