We are limiting entry and potential exposure by extending times between guests and performing maintenance and cleaning ourselves instead of having a service staff inside the house – we have had our Covid vaccines. This type of clean-up is expensive and Renter agrees to be financially responsible for all costs involved including replacement of furnishings and loss of rent due to smoke removal service time. Additionally, a fee equal to the total rent will be charged in penalty for violation of the no-smoking/no vaping policy.NO PETS Permitted at Anytime on Property! Our daughter has Extreme Allergies to any pet scent and dander. Her allergies can be life threatening.
