Fully functional kitchen with brand new appliances, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. 65-inch smart TV in the living room , smart TV in master bedroom, cable and 300Mpbs WiFi. Central AC with 2-Zones and ceiling fans in all bed rooms.The outdoor space includes two decks, 1 from the living room and other from the master bed room with the view of the bay and sunset. The backyard covered patio is fully fenced with a gas grill and private outdoor shower. Property has two parking spots and ample free parking across the street in the township lot.
