Sunshine Villas is a small (120 villas), gated community conveniently located in central Palm Springs, minutes from just about everything. There is only one common wall (garages connect), no stairs, single story (so no one above). Just a few steps to one of four available pools and spas. Reservation Requests for January through March are a 3 Month Minimum Stay.Recent guest (February 2023) comments ” The condo is sumptuous, cool and homey. We absolutely love it. Can’t believe how fortunate we are to have stayed! Thank you!
