New 4K UHD Smart TVs, furnitures, linens, finest towels, etc. It has 2 bedroom ( one doubles as living room with queen sized pullout sleeper sofa, 2 full bathrooms, one clean Jacuzzi tub, perfect for Couples, Small families. Both rooms have awesome oceanfront balconies overlooking palm trees and beautiful ocean. Convenient to roof top restaurants, downtown boardwalk, easy to get lost in gay dolphin gift shop, many cafes, bars, grocery store, shops, many attractions, etc.We clean and sanitize the unit before and after each stay. We Clean under the bed too.Smart lock self check-in, don’t need to go to office, you will be getting the entry code the date you arrival.Must be clean and respectful guests!!
