Quiet Middle Street, Light traffic.312 College Street, Southport NC 28461Sis’s cottage is a charming, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 full baths in the historical district of beautiful Southport NC. The house has an open floor plan with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities needed to dine in if you choose. The cottage is located one block from the main downtown area within walking distance of restaurants, shops and inter coastal waterways. Lots of parking. Can accommodate up to 6 cars or 4 cars and fishing boat and trailer. You can sit on the front porch and listen to bands on Thursday night when playing in Franklin Square Park. The cottage will accommodate 5 people. Master queen bedroom downstairs with full bath. Upstairshas queen bed and also a twin bed with trundle with full bath. Includes a fully equipped kitchen with doubledoor refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, disposal and washer and dryer and Keurig coffee maker. House is beautifully decorated.Utilities, cable and wifi included. Linens provided.If this is your first trip to Historic Southport, you are in for such a treat. If you are returning, we all know why. This is the place to take you back in time in so many ways, small hometown feel, residents here are unbelievable friendly, the scenery is gorgeous, beautiful oak trees, many quaint shops, lots of good food and so many historic sites to see. You are couple blocks away from the Cape Fear River, Provisions and Fishy Fishy Restaurants and more. Southport Marina is just a few blocks away if it is boating you like. And then there are the Ferrys that will take you to Bald Head Island, Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher. If it is the beach you are looking for, we have that too, Oak Island is just 10 minutes away. This is the place you want to be and the place you will want to come back to.Pets allowed upon approval. Pet Fee is $150.00 Maximum 2 pets under 50 lbs allowed. Fenced in backyard. No Smoking allowed.FYI ONLY- Trash Pickup every Tuesday MorningRecycles – Bi-Weekly Every TuesdayMinimum 3 nights stay.
